Sometimes it’s a real challenge to get someone’s words if he/she is talking in a restaurant, crowded areas or any other noisy environment. Then you are constantly confused whether the person has said this or that then you will try hard to guess words.  

Whenever you have any conversation with any person then you would often ask for words / sentences repetition. that’s simply because you can’t hear either one or several parts of the word / sentence. 

Whenever you watch TV or listen to music or any other media you tend to increase the volume higher compared to other people. That’s simply you can’t make the words when volume is tuned at the normal level. 

You might start to listen to some buzzing / squashing sounds in the ear either continuously or intermittently. The intensity (loudness) of that sound might be soft that you notice only in quiet environments like when you are on the bed getting ready to sleep. That intensity might be really noticeable and loud throughout the day even in relatively noisy places.   

Just imagine being part of a conversation and people around you seems to be like mumbling or giving unclear sentences whenever they talk. Such observation can be either in specific listening environments or in each and every listening environment. 

Does it happen that you can’t figure out some or all women’s and children’s statements? Or even a chirping bird would take a great effort to hear and figure out.
